Insert posh word for omelette…

Ok so one thing I love doing is cooking and coming up with my own recipes. It might have something to do with me always having to go my own way but I’ll save that discussion for a date with a therapist one day!

I made this delicious(!) omelette the other day and it’s a perfect breakfast or late night snack according to me. Or why not include it on your brunch table!

Aysha’s boujee omelette

5 eggs

A dash of milk

Some mushrooms & fresh veggies of your liking


Fajita bread

Season as you like, I used salt, black pepper, barbecue seasoning & hot sauce.

Fry the mushrooms and veggies in butter whilst mixing eggs with cheese and milk in a bowl.

Then pour the eggs on top of the veggies and fry for a few minutes on a low heat.

Before the eggs are done put some fajita bread on top of it making sure it covers the entire pan and then put the whole pan in the oven on 150*. I was too lazy to put the fajita bread properly the day I took these photos, as you can see.

Let it cook in the oven for a bit and then turn it upside down.

Now serve with pretty much whatever you like!
