I made these the other day, the taste was nice but they were way too heavy. I think next time I’ll go for less protein and a little bit more milk.

4dl Flour

2 teaspoons Baking-soda

2 pinches Salt

2dl Oatmilk

50g Butter

1/2-1dl Oat & pees protein powder (I used more and as I said it was too heavy so I think perhaps a half is great!)

I served it with butter, jam & cheese alongside a cup of tea! Let me know if you try it or got any suggestions for how I can get my protein intake in other ways as I’m very new to the whole ”healthy eating/drinking” thing.
